1. Executive Summary
In this project the major aim of the project group is to determine and
clearly assess the requirements and the cost implications of a circus,
assumed to be established from scratch. Several different aspects of profit
making organizations are inspected within the scope ofthis project, and
to this extent organization location, organizational structure, human resources,
planning, budgeting, marketing and finally financial outcomes have been
examined under several basic assumptions. We also came across with a pile
of problems in that it was a big quest that we were not knowing where to
begin, how much money we had, and more importantly what we would do exactly.
