Well, my handle, vidstudent, stands for "video game fanatic/college student". I'm working on returning to college for the second part of that.
As for the first part of that...I decided you might want to follow along on my journeys through various towers, tournaments, and territories. Hence, the S-files.
In other words, here's my personal save files, for everyone to gawk at and say, "Why didn't he do this and get this?" (Note: the answer would be, "I'm not using a manual, nor trying for the perfect save. Whack me, please.")
Final Fantasy 7 (PC) - not that far yet at all, compared to everyone else that cares. Nice window color, though. I made it myself. ^_^
Quake 2 (PC) - again, not far when everyone else has beat the thing by now. But, it's what I play.
Diablo and others (PSX) - I know, I know, why not Diablo for the PC? Well, I haven't bought it yet.... You'll also find saves for A Bug's Life, NASCAR '98, and a Gran Turismo replay.
Azure Dreams, SFA3, and others (PSX) - My pride and joy. All sorts of references abound in the Azure Dreams savefiles. It's almost too easy. SFA3 has a bumped-up Dhalsim, Dan, and Sodom, and most (but not all) of the fixings. Also available are saves for A Bug's Life, Spyro the Dragon, Tekken 3, Brave Fencer Musashi, Ehrgeiz, Metal Gear Solid's normal VR missions (not the mission set coming shortly with everything imaginable), and a Diablo character.
FFVIII and other odds and ends (PSX) - Yes, Final Fantasy 8. Now THAT is worth it. Also available are saves for Chocobo Racing, Metal Gear Solid, Jade Cocoon, Megaman 8, NASCAR '98, Spyro the Dragon, an Attitude PPV, and Vigilante 8. But, you'll want the FFVIII saves. Especially the first one, which lets you walk right into the Ragnarok cockpit to hear "Eyes on Me". Enjoy.
I'll go into more detail as I remember everything I put there, have the time, yadda, yadda. Consider it a treasure hunt for now, or a surprise. Have fun. Play games. Drink Pepsi.
