Brief Introduction
Considered by many to be the most powerful and
influential group in sports and entertainment, DeGeneration X is a notorious faction of controversial superstars that
originated out of true friendship. Deciding that Federation officials were no longer going to put a
strain on their allegiance, Shawn Michaels and Triple H combined forces, and as a result
DeGeneration X was born on March 1998. The Heartbreak Kid, Triple H and Chyna began disrespecting, mocking, frustrating and
pulverizing just about every official and fellow superstar in the Federation. Following his loss to
Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania XIV, Shawn Michaels was replaced by Triple H as the
leader of DX. During his first night in power, Hunter recruited three new members. The superstars
not only had superior in-ring ability, but the intelligence, personality and charisma it requires to be a
member. X-Pac and the New Age Outlaws--Badd Ass Billy Gunn and Road Dogg Jesse James--immediately
enlisted into the DX Army.They
have had their share of success in the Federation. Triple H is a former Intercontinental Champion.
X-Pac once held the European Championship, and the Outlaws are former Tag Team Champions.
But currently, DX is left with only 2 members, Road Dogg Jesse James and X-Pac. Chyna first turned her back on DX by going to the Coporation. It was then followed by Triple H. Left with only X-Pac and The New Age Outlaws, Bad Ass began to show his disloyalty to DX next by fighting X-Pac and Road Dogg.
