Saturday Port Canaveral

Sunday Key West
7:15 to 7:45 AM Fatburner Aerobics. Low impact, high calorie burning fun.
7:45 to 8:15 AM Abs, Hips and Thighs. Vertical, horizontal, come tone like never before.
7:45 to approx. 8:15 AM Power Walk. An intense walk up, down, and around the ship. Optional light hand weights.
8:30 to approx. 9:15 AM Walk a Mile. Instructor led walk in the sunshine and sea breeze.
9 to 9:30 AM Stretch and Relax. Long lean lines to loosen and unwinds.
9:45 AM Eat More to Weigh Less. Get motivation and knowledge necessary to burn fat.
10:30 AM Detoxification for Weight Loss. Cleanse your body for new energy and health.
 
Monday At Sea
7:45 to approx. 8:15 AM Power Walk. An intense walk up, down, and around the ship. Optional light hand weights.
7:45 to 8:30 AM Stretch and Sweat. 30 minutes of red hot aerobics followed by 15 minutes of chillin' stretches.
8:30 to 9:15 AM Tone Zone. Total body shaping. Your muscles will thank you.
8:30 to approx. 9 AM Walk a Mile. Instructor led walk in the sunshine and sea breeze.
10:30 AM Cellulite Solutions. Detox tips to minimize the appearance of cellulite and improve energy.
11:30 AM Secrets to Beautiful Hair. How yesterday can be the last bad hair day you ever have.
2 PM Skin Care Clinic. Discover natural alternative to cosmetic surgery.
3 PM Destress for Wellness. Learn natural relaxation techniques to cope better with daily life.
3:30 PM Detoxification of Weight Loss. Cleanse your body for new energy and health.
 
Tuesday Grand Cayman
7:30 AM Hollywood Arms and Abs. Upper body strength and definition await you.
8:30 AM Walk a Mile. Instructor led walk in the sunshine and sea breeze.
4:30 PM Step and Strength. One half fat burning step aerobics, one half metabolism boosting muscle toning.
 
Wednesday Cozumel
8:00 AM Power Walk. An intense walk up, down, and around the ship with optional light hand weights.
8:45 AM Stretch and Relax. Loan lean lines to loosen and unwind.
4:30 PM Abs, Hips, and Thighs. Vertical, horizontal, come tone up like never before.
 
Thursday At Sea
8 AM Cardio Kick Box. Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee. Martial arts based cardio.
9 AM Walk a Mile. Instructor led walk in the sunshine and sea breeze.
10:30 AM Makeup Workshop. Quick tips to look fantastic in five minutes.
11 AM Lose Weight Now, Ask Me How. Be inspired to reach for ultimate health.
3 PM Step Magic. Training vertically and beyond with the step bench and a beat.
   
Friday Castaway Cay
8 AM Tone Zone. Total body shaping. Your muscles will thank you.
9 AM Walk a Mile. Instructor led walk in the sunshine and sea breeze.
4:45 PM Stretch and Relax. Finish the cruise off right! Come and unwind.
