It's up to you to stop that beast. Head over to the New
Parm Church Annex, and go down the doorway hidden in the
room. The catacomb destination is the New Parm Church
back room. Don't use the door. Use the boxes to climb up
to the rafters. Get ready to fight the kickboxer you met
earlier.
